Therapy Services
FOR ADOLESCENTS AND ADULTS WHO ARE NAVIGATING THE CHALLENGES OF OCD, PANIC DISORDERS, ANXIETY, AND DEPRESSION.
I believe one of the most meaningful benefits of psychotherapy is developing a deeper understanding of our emotions, thoughts, and behavioral patterns. Therapy can help us understand how these patterns affect the way we see ourselves, relate to others, and move through the world. When we become more aware of what we feel, what we need, and what gets activated within us, we create more space to respond with intention rather than simply reacting from old patterns. This kind of self-understanding can become a pathway toward greater self-compassion, healthier relationships, and a more authentic connection with ourselves and others.

I’m trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) Therapy, an evidence-based approach for treating OCD. Together, we’ll take a closer look at how OCD shows up in your day-to-day life, including the mental and physical compulsions, reassurance seeking, and safety behaviors that may be getting in the way of the things that matter most to you.
From there, we’ll work together to gradually build toward exposure work in a way that feels intentional, manageable, and collaborative. ERP isn’t about forcing yourself to face everything all at once or getting rid of uncomfortable thoughts and feelings. Instead, we’ll work at a pace that allows you to practice responding differently and build more confidence in your ability to tolerate uncertainty and discomfort.
The goal is to help OCD have less of a say in your daily life, so you can spend more time doing the things you value and less time feeling controlled by OCD.

Anxiety can touch many parts of our lives—our bodies, our relationships, our sense of self, and our ability to be present in our day-to-day lives. At times, it can feel overwhelming or even paralyzing.
You don’t have to navigate it alone. Together, we can slow things down to explore how anxiety shows up for you, develop tools to help you feel more grounded and empowered, and gently make sense of the patterns that may have taken root over time. My hope is that through this work, you can begin to understand yourself with greater compassion and create more space for ease, connection, and choice in your life.

Depression doesn’t always look the way we expect it to. Sometimes it means struggling to get out of bed, keep up with daily responsibilities, or find the energy to do things that once felt manageable. Other times, you may be functioning well on the outside—going to work and getting through your days, while feeling disconnected, numb, or like a shell of yourself on the inside.
Whatever depression looks like for you, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
Therapy can offer the space to slow down and make sense of what you’re experiencing. Together, we’ll explore what may be contributing to your depression and identify what can help you feel more connected, engaged, and hopeful.
Our work may include practical skills to help you manage difficult emotions and everyday challenges, as well as deeper exploration of the patterns, experiences, and beliefs that may be keeping you feeling stuck. We’ll work collaboratively, at a pace that feels right for you, rather than trying to force a one-size-fits-all approach.
You don’t have to figure everything out at once. We’ll take it one step at a time, with the goal of helping you move toward a life that feels more meaningful, connected, and aligned with what matters most to you.

Panic attacks can feel terrifying. They can seem to come out of nowhere, leaving you overwhelmed by intense physical sensations and afraid of what might happen next. Over time, the fear of another panic attack can begin to shape your life—leading you to avoid places, situations, or experiences you fear may bring on another panic attack.
Together, we’ll work to understand your panic, identify the patterns that keep it going, and gently challenge the fear and avoidance that may be making your world feel smaller. When appropriate, we may use exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy to help you build confidence in your ability to experience discomfort without letting it control your choices.
We’ll take it one step at a time, with the goal of helping you get unstuck, reclaim your sense of freedom, and get back to living the life you want.

If emotional intensity is disrupting your day-to-day functioning — contributing to significant mood fluctuations, difficulty maintaining a stable sense of self, or straining your relationships — this is something we can work on together.
Using DBT skills, we'll build your capacity to notice emotional states as they arise, so you have more room to respond thoughtfully rather than react. We'll also work on tolerating emotions that feel more intense without turning to behaviors that create further distress. My role is to be an active partner in this process — helping you develop tools that are grounded in evidence, while making sure they actually fit your life. The goal isn't to eliminate what you feel, but to help you move through it with more steadiness.

If your emotions are making it difficult to connect — or stay connected — to the people you value most, we get to explore these patterns more closely together. We'll work toward understanding where they come from, using that deeper awareness as a springboard for change. Alongside this, I'll help you build tools to regulate emotions in ways that support relationship health, as well as tools to help you ask for what you need — finding your voice for clearer, more connected communication.
When it comes down to it, I don’t believe psychotherapy is a one-size-fits-all experience. Every client is unique, and so is the way anxiety, OCD, panic, depression, and relationship difficulties affect their lives. My goal is to provide personalized, integrative therapy that is responsive to your individual needs, experiences, and goals.
My therapeutic approach combines psychodynamic therapy with evidence-based treatments, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). These approaches allow us to address both the underlying emotional patterns contributing to distress and the specific symptoms and behaviors you may be struggling with.
ERP is an evidence-based treatment for OCD and can also be helpful for anxiety-related concerns. CBT can provide practical strategies for understanding and changing unhelpful thought and behavior patterns, while DBT can support emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and healthier relationships. The psychodynamic approach allow us to explore how past experiences and current relationships may influence the way you experience yourself and others.
Rather than following one particular therapy model, I integrate these approaches to create treatment that is thoughtful, flexible, and tailored to you. Together, we can explore what may be underneath the challenges you’re experiencing while developing practical tools to help you navigate what’s happening in the here and now.
I have received extensive training in ERP and DBT and can incorporate these approaches when they are a good fit for our work together. My goal is to meet you where you are, support greater self-awareness and emotional well-being, and provide psychotherapy that feels collaborative, meaningful, and effective for your individual needs.
